Question #2: Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zambian mobile-money providers (MTN & Airtel). After you choose “Pay Later” at checkout, we’ll send you our mobile-money account details by email. Simply complete the transfer within 48 hours.
Question #3: What fees or charges apply to my listing?
Each standard listing costs K 10, paid via mobile money after you post. Featured slots or subscription plans carry their own rates—these are clearly shown before you confirm.
Question #4: What happens if my listing expires?
Expired listings are automatically removed from public view. You can renew them instantly by using one credit (K 10) or letting your package renew them.
Question #5: How do I view my remaining listing credits?
Click the user icon, then select My Packages to view your remaining listings and upcoming payment date.

Listing Management
Question #1: How do I post a vehicle listing?
After logging in, click Post Your Vehicle Here, fill in make, model, year, price and photos, etc. then submit. Your listing goes will go live once we have processed mobile-money payment.
Question #2: How can I purchase additional listing credits?
In your Dashboard, select Buy Packages, choose the Package Type that you meets your needs, submit, then complete the mobile-money transfer using the details we provide. Always include your Username and Order ID when sending us Proof of Payment.
Question #3: Can I edit or delete my listing after it’s live?
Yes. Go to My Listings, click Edit to update any detail or Delete to remove it entirely.
Question #4: How do I feature my ad at the top of search results?
When posting or editing, check the Featured Slot box (if your plan includes it) or buy a one-off bumps. Featured Ads stay up as per your plan.
Question #5: What information do I need to include in my listing?
At minimum: make, model, year, mileage, price, location and clear photos. Adding details like service history in the description and condition ratings improves buyer confidence.
Question #6: How can buyers contact me about my vehicle?
Buyers click Contact Seller on your listing to send you an in-site message or view the phone number you provided in your profile.
Question #7: How do I search for specific makes, models, or price ranges?
Use the search bar and filters. You can narrow by make, model, price, year, location, mileage and more, then sort by newest or price.
