This Privacy Policy explains how Zed Car Market Ltd (“Zed Car Market”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal information when you visit or register on our website and use our services (the “Platform”). We are committed to complying with the Republic of Zambia’s Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act No. 21 of 2009, and all other applicable laws and regulations.

  • Usage Data: pages visited, time spent, click-throughs, search queries.

  • Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers.

  • Location Data: approximate location derived from your IP address or mobile device, only if you grant permission.

We use cookies and similar technologies (e.g. web beacons, local storage) to:
